Nasdaq is a market-leading Trade Surveillance product and is in the process of redesigning and rebuilding its UI. We are looking for a UX Designer to join our cross-functional scrum team and lead the UX and design work within the team.

What You Will Do:

• Design user-centric experiences that meet users needs as well as business and technical requirements
• Work closely with the Product Owner and development team to understand the user's needs & to bring designs to life in the product
• Scope, plan, and lead product design activities from start to finish setting the direction, and identifying and solving problems
• Create user interface design including low-fidelity wireframes, polished designs, and interactive prototypes
• Host client feedback and user testing sessions to collect feedback on design proposals
• Carry out design reviews of newly developed features to ensure the working software matches the approved design
• Collaboratively define UX strategy and vision for Nasdaq, and help create content for Nasdaq design system

What We Expect:

• Have an education in Interaction-Design or equivalent experience
• Have experience crafting websites UI/UX
• Be a Self-starter
• Have experience using Figma or similar tool
• Have experience participating in user feedback sessions i.e. user testing
• A deep understanding of applying common UX-centric methods, such as wireframing, Personas, User Journey Mapping, User Testing, etc.

What Would Be Helpful/ Opportunity to Learn:

• Have experience working within financial services and/or working on a product with external customers
• Have a good understanding of web technologies and the art of the possible

This is a full-time permanent position located in Vilnius. The company allows the flexibility to work half a week on-site and remotely (Hybrid model). As the selection and interview process is ongoing, please submit your application in English as soon as possible.
