Clinical Claims Processing Specialist (Entry/Junior Level)

One of the largest US health insurance organizations is establishing a new Claims and Membership Processing office in Kaunas from scratch. This will be your chance to leave your footprint and become an integral part of something truly exceptional.

What you'll do:

• Evaluate various claim edits, including eligibility, benefits, member liability, pricing, and authorization, following company policies and guidelines.
• Handle inquiries from internal and external sources, adjusting claims as needed.
• Contact internal and external resources for additional information required for claims processing.
• Research and recommend solutions to expedite aged claims for payment or closure.
• Notify leadership of system problems or possible fraud situations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

What you'll need:

• Excellent English and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and analytical skills (handling multiple claims at the same time).
• Basic math skills for calculating payments and adjustments.
• Higher education.
• Ability to work US shifts: 2:30 PM - 00:00 PM.

It'd be nice if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Care or related field.
• Previous claims processing experience
