The position leads SSC (Shared Service Center) Finance Department at Festo Lithuania, which employs more than 80 skilled finance and accounting professionals working with Festo's European companies. Over the last few years, SSC Finance went through the expansion, process standardisation and optimisation phase. The Head of SSC Finance main responsibility is further development and efficiency of the SSC Finance Department.
Your responsibilities:
· Being involved in strategical decisions within SSC Finance Department
· Conveying the company’s vision and goals to the team and motivating them to work together towards reaching common goals
· Driving the results of process automation, procedure set-up and improvements
· Being responsible for financial performance and targets
· Developing and fostering the best-in-class service-oriented culture
· At least 4-5 years of relevant experience in a similar leadership/people management role
· Good knowledge and understanding of financial accounting and controlling area
· Proven ability to manage and simultaneously control multiple complex projects
· Demonstrated success in reaching the set targets
· Excellence in presentation, negotiation, and communication
· Very good business English
