Senior Payroll Analyst

Nasdaq is looking for Senior Payroll Analyst at Nasdaq, Vilnius office to support payroll functions in EMEA region. You will be part of Payroll Team and will be responsible for handling Nasdaq EMEA region payroll as well as preparing financial reports, supporting the global payroll and accounting organization, play a key role in various initiatives.


What you will do:

  • Verify attendance, hours worked, pay adjustments, control employee information, monthly payroll changes.
  • Analyze and create financial reports.
  • Respond to internal/external auditors' requests.
  • Participate in month-end closing activities.
  • Manage relations with payroll vendors.
  • Participate in projects.


What we expect:

  • University degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or equivalent.
  • 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Strong communication skills and problem-solving nature.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Proficiency in English.

What happens now?

This is a temporary (1.5 year) position located in Vilnius. As the selection and interview process is ongoing, please submit your application in English as soon as possible.


Nasdaq offers a hybrid workplace to find a balance between working from home and collaborating in the office, therefore it's required to come into the office at least 2 days per week.


Monthly base salary: 2500 - 3100 EUR gross. The final offer will be based on your experience and skills.
