Our expanding F&SCM team is seeking a Dynamics AX D365 F&SCM Support Functional Consultant.

As a Dynamics AX D365 F&SCM Support Functional Consultant, you will be an integral member of our managed services projects team. Your primary responsibility will be to provide Level 2 support, collaborating closely with our partner team, key users, service owners, and internal technical team. Your expertise in Dynamics AX D365 F&SCM will be essential as you solve a variety of incidents across a broad range of functionalities, ensuring that our clients' systems are functioning optimally. With excellent communication skills, you will collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide functional insights that meet their needs. Key position responsibilities:

• Newly built solutions and processes testing. Working with the development team to ensure the quality of the solution
• Providing level 2 system support in managed services projects and working with level 3 support and implementation teams as required
• Being responsible for diagnosing and resolving functional issues reported by end users
• Locating and defining new process improvement opportunities
• Communicating effectively with users and service owners to understand their requirements and provide functional solutions that meet their needs
• Occasionally doing standby support for certain customers

What we expect from you:

• 2+ years of taking part in IT projects as an implementation or support consultant
• Having experience working with variety of D365 F&SCM and/or AX 2012 customers and implementing different solutions is preferred
• Demonstration of good problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify issues, analyze data, and developing solutions that address business challenges
• Enjoying working with different people on different projects, learning new technologies, sharing your knowledge with your colleagues, and taking ownership of the satisfaction of your partners
• Broad understanding of the standard functionalities and capabilities of D365 F&SCM across multiple modules, and staying up-to-date with the latest trends, functionalities and business processes in the field
• Ownership of solving critical issues in fast and effective manner
• You should have a customer-focused mindset, be responsive to user inquiries, and demonstrate patience and empathy when assisting users with their questions or issues
• Good spoken and written communication skills in English
• Preferably certified in MB-300, MB-310 or MB-330
