In this unique global role, you will be part of our cross-functional automation squad that delivers process automation solutions to our departments.

Role Responsibilities

• Close collaboration with Process Automation Analysts in understanding the functional and technical design.
• Developing and configuring automation processes to meet defined requirements.
• Developing new processes/tasks/objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable, and easy to understand.
• Ensuring quality of coded components by performing thorough testing.
• Working collaboratively with test teams during the Product test and UAT phases to fix assigned bugs with quality.
• Supporting existing processes and implementing change requirements as well as problem-solving issues that arise in day to day running of automated processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required.

Role Requirements

• Experience with automating manual repetitive tasks using tools like Macros, AutoHotkey, or other automation tools.
• Ability to deliver solutions that are resilient against system or application changes and – depending on the scale of your work – reusable.
• Skill to document and explain the usage of your solution with a non-technical audience in mind.
• Ideally, you will have some hands-on experience with RPA software like Blue Prism, UiPath or Automation Anywhere.
• Additional knowledge of programming through practical experience and/or your educational background would be considered a plus, especially C# and VB.Net.

Salary

The monthly gross base salary range is 2 041 – 3 008 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
