Currently, we are looking for a QA Specialist to join our Business Central team in Vilnius, Kaunas, or remotely.

What are you going to do:

• Ensure that the software meets the requirements and functions as intended
• Execute testing activities and monitor results within the current QA process
• Develop and execute functional automated tests for web applications
• Execute API testing
• Collaborate with developers to identify and resolve issues
• Provide status updates on testing progress and results to project managers
• Analyze system and plan testing activities, determining which tasks can be automated, and execute testing to ensure full coverage
• Design and execute Test Cases for manual testing and specifications for automated testing, either from client documentation or through communication with the product team and analysis of the system
• Contribute to the improvement of existing testing processes to enhance quality assurance
• Share own knowledge with colleagues

What we expect from you:

• 1+ years of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance/Test Engineer position
• Having hands on experience with end-to-end automated testing
• Having hands on experience with API testing
• Proactively suggests ideas for testing process improvements
• Capable of analyzing systems, formulating testing strategies, estimating and prioritizing tasks
• Good English skills (both spoken and written)
• Can demonstrate analytical and critical thinking, as well as problem-solving skills
• Are able to identify bugs and make informed decisions
