Director, IT Strategic Sourcing

We are seeking an experienced, strategic, collaborative and result oriented individual to join our team as Director of IT Strategic Sourcing. As the director, you will reevaluate Nobia’s global sourcing strategy and look for ways to optimize and create effective ways of collaborations, manage the strategic sourcing initiatives for our IT department, working closely with internal stakeholders to drive cost savings, optimize supplier relationships, and ensure the delivery of high-quality IT products and services.

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies for IT procurement, including software, hardware, services, and telecommunications, to drive cost savings and achieve business objectives.
• Lead international negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable contract terms, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs), while mitigating risks.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, such as IT leadership, legal, finance, and business units, to understand their needs and align sourcing strategies accordingly.
• Conduct market research and supplier evaluations to identify potential new vendors and technologies that can enhance the company's IT capabilities.
• Monitor supplier performance against established SLAs, track and report on supplier performance metrics, and drive supplier performance improvement initiatives as needed.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT strategic sourcing to continuously optimize the company's sourcing strategies and practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiations, contract renewals, and ongoing supplier management activities.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
• Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of successful contract negotiations and cost savings achievements.
• Collaborative and goal-oriented personality
• In-depth understanding of IT procurement principles, practices, and technologies, including software licensing, hardware procurement, and cloud services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
