As a Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist, to lead the development and implementation of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies to enhance our website's performance, user experience, and conversion rates. What you will do:

• Conduct comprehensive audits of our website's conversion funnels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing targeted CRO tactics
• Collaborate closely with the design and development teams to create visually appealing and user-friendly landing pages that maximize conversion rates
• Plan and execute A/B tests to evaluate different variations of landing pages, forms, and other website elements to improve conversion rates
• Continuously monitor and analyze website performance metrics, conversion rates, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Develop and execute Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other social media advertising platforms, to drive qualified traffic and maximize return on investment (ROI)
• Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify high-value, relevant keywords for PPC campaigns, ensuring optimal targeting and cost-effective ad placements

Requirements

• Proficient in Google Analytics 4 and other analytics platforms to track and measure campaign performance
• Proven work experience as a CRO/PPC Specialist or in a similar roleStrong understanding of PPC platforms, including Google Ads, and social media advertising platforms
• Experience with conversion rate optimization techniques and tools
• In-depth knowledge of keyword research tools and techniques
• Familiarity with landing page optimization and A/B testing methodologies
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
