FUNDRAISING MANAGER

Lords LB Asset Management is a premier provider of investment management services in the Baltic States to institutional clients and high net worth individuals, specializing in management of real estate, renewable energy and private equity funds. Company now is looking for an INVESTORS RELATIONSHIP MANAGER to join the ambitious team in Vilnius.

POSITION GOALS:

·       Leading a key role by attracting new capital for investments in funds in align with the company’s general investment strategy. Also, participating in developing and implementing investor communication strategies;

·       Establishing, maintaining and developing relationships with potential investors across the Europe (High Net Worth individuals, corporate and institutional clients);

·       Presenting investment opportunities to investors, answering their queries, providing them with detailed information, anticipating the perspective of investors when sharing different investment propositions;

·       Monitoring of market trends and providing insights on market activity and competitors;

·       Timely raising of capital as required for a growing fund management business.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:

·       Higher education in Finance Management, Economics, Business Management or similar fields;

·       Related experience in an asset management, private or investment banking environment or other roles in financial services industry;

·       Strong leadership and communication skills, demonstrated by ability to build strong network and relationships (already existing personal network of investors would be an advantage);

·       Fluent communication in English.
