Engineering Lead (Storage and Backup)

• Manage the area with strong sense of ownership
• Drive Storage and Backup team of skilled engineers on vendors’ side
• Solve problems, actively engage in incidents resolution
• Plan and drive implementation of improvements
• Deliver work in a timely manner
• Adhere to Regulatory policies and procedures

• Experience in working with SAN Storage Arrays, SAN network, Networker/Data Domain
• Hands-on experience with enterprise-grade storage hardware and software
• Experience in working with AWS native solutions and VMC platform
• Planning and implementation of automated solutions
• Experience in working with automation and configuration management tools
• Systems’ lifecycle management, updating, patching, upgrading
• Planning and preparation of hardware and software sizing for future projection
• Working experience with Windows Server, Linux, Solaris considered as plus
• Coordination with internal stake holders for policies definition and implementation
• Audit reports extraction and preparation
• Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication
