Specialist, Subpoena (French Speaker) – Vilnius, Lithuania

You will operate within the Litigation department, which is part of the General Counsel Office. Western Union receives thousands of subpoenas and other compulsory requests (collectively, “subpoenas”) for transaction data and other information. Timely and accurate fulfillment of subpoenas is one of our legal obligations.

Role Responsibilities

  • Review and respond to all incoming requests.
  • Search Western Union’s transaction records and other information for end-to-end case fulfillment.
  • Interaction with law enforcement agencies, government entities, private requestors, and Western Union colleagues worldwide, to maintain effective working relationships.
  • Process necessary reports and data dashboards.
  • Assist team leader with projects and other work-related tasks.

Role Requirements

  • Education or equivalent skills are required.
  • Fluency in English and French with outstanding verbal, writing, and listening skills.
  • Strong analytical, time management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Attentiveness to the details.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • A high degree of professionalism and discretion when working with confidential and sensitive matters.
  • Passionate about working in a multicultural environment.
  • Proficient computing skills with all common MS Office programs such as MS Excel, Word, and Outlook would be a plus.
  • Ability to work shifts according to business needs.

Salary

The monthly gross base salary range is 1116 – 1650 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.
