While in graduate programme, you will learn what is Corporate Banking and what it means in real life – starting from first negotiations to completed idea executions or project developments. You will have a chance to explore a product basket which corporate customers use by getting experience in several Corporate Banking areas, both in customer facing and customer supporting units. You will assist Corporate Banking colleagues in supporting customer daily and investment needs, in preparation of qualitative credit recommendations, data analysis and reporting as well as in product development area. You will work on business-critical projects and have a personalized learning journey. In the end – if willing to try hard, will have a job in this area.

• Recent graduates or someone who will graduate by August 2023 with a BSc or MSc degree preferably in Finance/Accounting, Economics, Business Management, Management or similar
• Strong academic performance
• Knowledge about banking and financial analyses with strong analytical skills
• 0-3 years valuable work experience gained through internships or beyond Curiosity and learning agility
• Passion for banking and financial sector
• Fluent English and local language are required in spoken and written communication
