You will be working with data and document management in our Restructuring & Recovery team. In addition, you will engage in credit memo preparation, widening your knowledge in the credit area. And also, you will be trusted with data collection and reporting activities. You will gain great knowledge about loan life cycle from performing to non-performing loans, as well as overall knowledge about finances and banking, getting the unique and specific experience within the field you will be working in. We expect you to have high sense of responsibility, innovation mindset as well as the ability to take ownership of your own work and be a quick learner. Fluent English and Lithuanian are required in spoken and written communication. Preferred education in Finance, Law, Business Administration.
You will be engaged in day-to-day tasks and processes being implemented and managed by your colleagues within our Daily Banking and Account Processing Team, to deliver the best service to our customers as a result. Here you will be able to witness how the Bank's processes work from the internal perspective. You will gain understanding of how work processes are being created and managed within the unit. You will see how we provide the best service to our customers and how to deal with many different tasks at the same time. You will also have the opportunity to make your own input in upgrading the processes together with the team. We expect you to have thoroughness, attentiveness and goal orientation, high precision and to be a quick learner. Fluent English and Lithuanian are required in spoken and written communication. Preferred education in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Accounting or related field.
You will execute some of the most simple tasks in one of the areas covered by Loan Origination Team (private clients, business/corporate clients, notary services),as well as be trusted with reviewing and updating the current instructions/SOP’s. In addition, you will be supporting team members in resolving day-to-day issue You will gain a general understanding of the bank, loan processing (Operations) and the simple processes/tasks that are being executed in one of the areas covered by Loan Origination Team (private clients, business/corporate clients, notary services). We expect you to have great customer service skills, analytical thinking and quick decision making, thoroughness and accuracy. Fluent English and Lithuanian are required in spoken and written communication. Preferred education in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Accounting.
