You will learn about Open Banking systems and architecture and support business team with business & data analysis tasks, providing reports about API performance & stability. Also you will actively engage in communication with external third party providers connecting to our APIs. In addition, you will get the chance participate in software development planning and coordination processes, helping colleagues with other project management activities too. You will gain knowledge about banking ecosystem, and get a great insight into agile software development as well as project management. You will get to deep dive into Open Banking landscape, payment and account information use cases and future applications. On top of that, you will learn various tools used in IT management (Jira, Confluence, ELK, New-relic, etc.) We expect you to be a quick learner, have great analytical skills, innovation mindset and great problem solving skills. You will able to choose between two roles here:
1. Business Analysis Assisting Intern - you will be supporting the Business Analysis Unit manager in designing, defining, documenting and executing business analysis process and tools improvements such as peer reviews, proper requirements documentation principles and guidelines, feedback surveys etc. In addition, you will provide support in documenting the BI&Data business analysis process in more detail.
2. Business Analysis Intern - you will independently perform BI&Data business analysis in risk domain, i.e. executing requirements, engineering process and other business analysis related activities. Additionally, you will be collecting and analyzing data requirements, technical specifications, engage in data mapping while working on large sets of data.
In both roles you will gain knowledge and experience in Business Analysis discipline in theory and practice, as well as get a possibility to practically apply and improve analytical thinking, problem solving, interaction and communication skills. Also, you will expand the knowledge about the business in various areas like Retail, Corporate, Finance, Regulatory Reporting, etc. We expect you to have the understanding of Business Analysis discipline in software development process and data warehousing concepts. Preferably also basic SQL skills and experience with Jira and Confluence. Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication. Preferred education in IT, Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration or Finance
You will be providing support on various development tasks to the team member you will be working with. In addition, you will be trusted with creating activity reports for different tasks implemented inside the department, as well as create documentation on the great variety processes in which you will be involved. You will gain deeper understanding on IT development processes, and you will get the unique opportunity to see how the bank processes work from the inside. We expect you to be familiar with project management methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile, as well as basics of SQL, database development and reporting and data analysis. Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication. Preferred education in Computer Science, Math, Statistics or Economics.
You will provide administrative support to the Unit Manager on Architecture Governance processes. In addition, you will be helping to improve architecture processes by providing changes in templates and process instructions. You will gain knowledge and practical experience on how architecture practice is run in corporations, what are the main responsibilities of different types of architects, as well as how processes and controls within architecture are organized and managed. We expect you to have general understanding and interest in enterprise architecture practice and architecture artefacts (lists, models, matrices), as well as the ability to analyze, model and interpret data, and write documentation. Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication. Preferred education in Computer Science.
You will analyze Core banking systems functionality and data as well as small improvements requirements for specific application. You will also assist in solution design and technical initiative testing. In addition, you will get the opportunity to work closely with other system analysts and software engineers on technical debts, as well as create documentation and update existing according to the need. You will gain a strong understanding of the core banking systems and technologies used within the industry. Main systems being - Flexcube and Platon with further focus on cards and payments systems. Additionally, you will learn to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and contribute to project documentation and presentations. We expect you to have basic knowledge in SQL, and preferably Jira and Confluence, as well as be quick learner, detail oriented and with good analytical skills. Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication. Preferred education in Computer Sciences or Business Management.
