Job description
Back-End Developer's Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize scalable systems.
- Optimize web applications for performance and scalability.
- Produce quality code, raising the bar for team performance and speed.
- Recommend systems solutions by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of custom development.
- Actively participate in the overall application lifecycle maintaining workflows with a client and inside teams to ensure ongoing support.
Experience and a good understanding of:
- At least 2 years of professional development experience.
- Working experience with Symfony framework.
- Experience with Shopware eCommerce system.
- Experience working with MySQL.
- Queue management (RabbitMQ).
- Willingness to solve problems to Win/Win cases.
- Effective verbal and written communication in English and Lithuanian.
- Creative/curious/innovative mindset, ability to suggest improvements, and offer alternative solutions to different problems.
- Oriented to business and growth mindset.
