As a Client Service Delivery Analyst (15:00 - 24:00 GMT +2, evening shift), you will be responsible for providing client services and support for the Nasdaq Marketplace Technology product and service offerings. You will become part of the global team that provides 24/7 standard support and emergency support. This includes handling inquiries from clients globally, providing user application support, and supervising service delivery.
