Client Service Delivery Analyst

As a Client Service Delivery Analyst (15:00 - 24:00 GMT +2, evening shift), you will be responsible for providing client services and support for the Nasdaq Marketplace Technology product and service offerings. You will become part of the global team that provides 24/7 standard support and emergency support. This includes handling inquiries from clients globally, providing user application support, and supervising service delivery.

What You Will Do:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and provide day-to-day client advice
  • Tracking, following up and resolving operational, technical, and user-reported issues
  • Assisting with coordinating the needs and designing solutions for clients
  • Representing the client's needs in the prioritization of business and system requirements
  • Handling incident management
  • Fix and resolve any issue occurring from monitoring or user report
  • Collaborating with client tech teams to address issues
  • Leading change requests
  • User access provisioning
  • Bringing up issues to the appropriate technology teams and senior management when it is needed
  • Updating knowledge base systems to deliver accurate troubleshooting guidelines

We Are Looking For Someone Who Has:

  • Prior experience in similar product or service support role - Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent
  • Ability to efficiently use tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Office (Excel)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Good attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good understanding of service-level metrics
  • Basic data analysis skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Critical thinking and natural curiosity (a self-learner)
  • Basic knowledge of business design analysis, project management, and Agile framework

Nice To Have (Opportunity to Learn):

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or another related field
  • Prior technical background in system/product issue solving
  • Understanding financial markets and trading concepts
  • ITIL and Six Sigma Certifications
