.NET Technical Lead

TeleSoftas is looking for a .NET Technical Lead! Our .NET team is a recognized group of more than 20 developers mostly specializing in ASP.NET and backend development. 

Being a go-to person for technical questions, sharing your knowledge, contemplating on REST API design and improving deployment pipelines – only a few of many things you will be doing.

As you can see, good balance between technical and soft skills is essential for this role because you will be praised not for dragging as many tasks from left to right as you can but for imparting wisdom on colleagues and improving projects by making pragmatic decisions.

What would you do?

• Consult project teams on best practices, help them find optimal solutions, ensure knowledge sharing throughout the team
• Together with Team Growth Mentor you will shape the career path for your team members and set technical goals for the whole team
• Help with client pitches by representing the team’s expertise
• Kick-start new projects, by defining architecture and technologies
• Participate in job interviews and own the technical assessment part striving for the best candidate experience overall

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge and experience of standard .NET/C# stack
• Experience with Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS or similar)
• Experience with Web technologies (React would be a plus)
• Experience with the whole development lifecycle – analysis, CI/CD, testing, etc.
• Knowledge of a broader software engineering topics (messaging, APIs, databases, architectures)
• Perfect verbal and written English Language skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and constructively
• Desire to work in an open and informal environment where freedom comes with responsibility

For this position, we offer 5785-7440 €/month gross salary.
