Customer Service Representative in sales (Greek + English)PART TIME

Job description

  • Evaluate and successfully convert leads to BD Accounts;
  • Understand the business of the seller and e-commerce in general;
  • Help sellers with the technical aspects of integrating their existing stock management systems to eBay;
  • Help sellers to set up the most suitable logistics solutions to accommodate CBT;
  • Build relationships with the portfolio;
  • Coach new sellers on training content;
  • Evaluate sellers performance, suggest ways to improve Seller Level and sales;
  • Be responsible for keeping new sellers satisfied and delivering exceptional service on a day-to-day basis (through email, phone and online sessions);
  • Proactively seek better ways to support our sellers to grow on the platform by utilizing all tools available;
  • Report sales activities and progress with onboarded accounts into the eBay CRM system;

Requirements

  • You put the seller's’ interests in the centre of everything you do;
  • Your goal is to transfer all your platform related knowledge to all sellers in your portfolio;
  • You are proactively working on building a relationship with the key sellers in your portfolio;
  • You have a service oriented mentality and great interpersonal skills (both verbal and written);
  • You are a great relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity
  • Basic analytical skills;
  • You can prioritize among competing tasks;
  • You can work independently in a multicultural environment;
  • You have a solid understanding of internal and external PC based systems and software applications (Microsoft Office Suite, Unify, Agent Desktop, Salesforce);
  • English language knowledge B2 level or higher;
  • Greek language knowledge C1 level or higher;
