We offer a position to join and strengthen our ranks, we will mentor you and show you the ropes, give you an up and close look at what's going on in our projects and after an onboarding period, pick up a project of your own.

In this role you will:

• Evaluate level of Agility in project teams and make changes to their process accordingly, striving to implement best practices
• Coaching project teams and customers in adopting an Agile mindset
• Remove blockers from your team so they can work as effectively as possible
• Be responsible for the team's productivity and happiness
• Support Product Owners in roadmap creation and management

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience working with an Agile team
• Have an agile mindset, feel comfortable with and can adapt fast to changes
• Good problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills
• Understanding of technical issues at a high level
• Fluent in written and spoken English

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of how to work with Agile tools (Jira, Trello, ...)
• Experience in people management
• Software Development background
• Experience working with remote teams

For this position we offer 2645 – 3800 €/month gross salary.
