About the Team & Business Line:

You will become a member of Viewpoint Data Integrity global team and be responsible for processing a high volume of client specific data from multiple sources into Citco Governance Services (CGS) Viewpoint database ensuring that all necessary data is being entered, verified, edited and maintained as needed, is always accurate, valid and available.

You will work across diverse data typologies and closely to different teams within CGS division, such as, ViewPoint team, Multinational and Corporate clients’ teams or Private Equity & Real Estate teams located all over the world.

Your Role:

• You will accurately enter data (alphabetic and numeric information) into corresponding fields within various software programs according to the processing times defined.
• You will verify entered data by comparing it to source documents and update existing data, correct, delete, or re-enter the data as required.
• You will manage and organize digital records and files.
• You will retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.
• You will prepare relevant reports from the various data sets as needed.
• You will provide general data entry support across many teams on an ad-hoc basis.
• You will follow Divisional Viewpoint Data Integrity procedures / policies as necessary, including quality controls to ensure data integrity input.
• You will ensure that Viewpoint data available to clients on the Viewpoint Portal is accurate and valid.
• You will identify and escalate potential data integrity risks or concerns to the team leader for resolution.
• You will identify and escalate areas of improvements, including, but not limited to, automation.
• You will maintain data confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.

About You:

• You have a high school degree or equivalent.
• You have data entry experience or related office experience (advantage).
• You have high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• You are fluent in English (written and spoken).
• You have working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word and Excel).
• You have strong computer skills.
• You have ability to enter data into a computer quickly and accurately.
• You have an ability to think analytically.
• You have an ability to multitask.
• You have result oriented approach to work (‘Getting things done’ mentality).
