Fortis Media is a Vilnius-based SEO and digital marketing agency with a team of experienced professionals in online gaming, e-commerce and paid media.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in the field of SEO in a fast-paced environment, also a creative, innovative, and proven approach to multiple components of SEO. The successful candidate will be required to work on multiple client accounts with existing and future web properties. Absolute majority of those properties use English as their only or default language.

International candidates are welcome, especially citizens of European Union, EU work permit holders and citizens of Ukraine. You will not need Lithuanian language in this role. 

What You'll Be Doing

• Auditing websites to find technical and content optimization opportunities in order to improve search visibility.
• Performing keyword research to provide user insights and optimize websites in line with business objectives and KPIs.  
• Performing SEO-focused analysis around industry, competitors and search trends to influence strategy development and implementation.
• Creating content campaigns that generate both traffic and backlinks.         
• Working closely with content and technical teams to align on goals and objectives.
• Collecting, analyzing and reporting data and insights on website traffic, rankings and other SEO KPIs.

What You'll Need

• Previous experience in SEO with deep understanding of search engines and their ranking factors.
• Strong understanding of on-site and off-site SEO and how they affect site rankings and traffic. 
• Ability to create and implement industry-leading SEO strategies for our clients and internal projects.            
• Advanced knowledge of web analytics and SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, keyword tracking and research tools such as SEMRush and Ahrefs.
• Very good command of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to serve as a client facing subject matter expert.
• Strong communication, written and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with fast-paced work environment.
• Strong organizational abilities and an exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and make well thought out decisions.
