Operations Assistant - Operations Team

Your Role:
- You will prepare various statistical reports;
- You will distribute Citco invoices to the clients;
- You will handle business partners invoices in complex situations;
- You will provide service to Operations team’s clients;
- You will perform various administrative complex assignments per requests of clients servicing teams;
About You:
- You have college or university degree (can be fresh graduate or last year student available to work full-time);
- You have very good computers skills (Microsoft Office packages);
- You are fluent in English (written and spoken);
- You are flexible, proactive and attentive to details team player with excellent communication skills.
