Your Role:

• Overall supervision of designated portfolio of clients
• Picking-up various legal tasks and requests yourself or assign to team members
• Preparing or reviewing corporate draft documents and advise clients on various legal processes in different jurisdictions
• Assisting in coaching and developing, provide feedback to junior team members
• Maintaining and developing business relations with clients and partners
• Participating in internal projects to improve existing or establish new processes
• Following legislation changes which may impact services and help to ensure that respective legal requirements are met
• Track and report progress of corporate legal tasks assignments
• Assisting Legal Team Manager in revenue reporting and client invoicing processes
• Assisting Legal Team Manager in planning and organizing the team to ensure delivery of services to  clients

About You:

• Degree in Law
• 4-5 years of experience in provision corporate services to international clients
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Flexible, proactive and attentive to details team player with excellent communication skills

Salary Range

2415 - 3040 GROSS
