• Work on guiding, building, and ensuring proficient CI/CD process
• Work on projecting, planning, guiding, and estimating the entire solution as a whole
• Exchange best tech knowledge and experience with a team

• You are able to lead and deliver the entire project (solution, architecture, tech-stack, work process, pick design patterns based on domain or problem)
• Prior experience on iOS app development at scale (in swift we trust)
• You are able to establish best tech practices and coach the team on them
• That you know how to build and technically estimate versions and releases
• That you know how to explain and estimate long term consequences of decisions
• Good understanding of SOLID and clean architecture patterns
