Your Role:

Assist senior lawyers in provision of corporate legal services to clients with worldwide presence;
Prepare and review corporate draft documents in accordance to legal requirements in various jurisdictions and within agreed deadlines;
Perform and monitor statutory filings with local authorities;
Coordinate with business partners and colleagues worldwide to gather required information and legal documentation;
Track and report progress of your corporate legal assignments.

About You:

You have a degree in Law (or last year student)
You are fluent in English (written and spoken)
You are flexible, proactive and attentive to details team player with excellent communication skills
