YOUR FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES:

•  Familiarize your understanding of Private Equity waterfalls;

•  Review the LPA covenants and draft a functional specification of the waterfall model;

•  Assist in the onboarding of Private Equity funds onto CapAssure®;

•  Analyse, reconcile and validate GAAP data;

•  Process Capital Calls and Distributions;

•  Produce client reports and data extracts. Communicate results to clients;

•  Coordinate with the CapAssure® development team on the testing of modifications to waterfall configurations;

•  Interact with independent client auditors;

•  Interact with client personnel at all levels of the organization for data acquisition, financial statement review and issue resolutions. 

YOUR PROFILE:

What we’ll look for on your CV:

•  You hold a degree in accounting, finance or economics;

•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills – fluency in written and spoken English is a pre-requisite;

•  Strong quantitative and analytical skills;

•  Ability to multi-task while maintaining careful attention to detail;

•  Ability to work with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines and address competing priorities;

•  Effectiveness working individually and within a team environment;

•  Excellent time management skills;

•  Knowledge of or previous experience in fund accounting will be considered as an asset (but not essential).

What will make you stand out in a crowd:

•  Experience with automated financial systems or accounting software;

•  Experience with preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements;

•  Understanding accounting principles and reporting methods;

•  Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.

Monthly gross salary: starting from 1750 EUR - 2666 EUR Gross, the final offer will depend on your level of competencies and interview results.
