Job Description:
- Control over the movement of own transport and ensuring uninterrupted operation of transport;
- Planning of drivers' work: setting tasks, control of labour and rest regime, prompt response to situations on the road;
- Drawing up and optimising routes depending on the nature of cargo and client's needs;
- Effective communication with drivers and informing them of tasks and changes;
- Maintaining documentation related to cargo transportation;
- Solving problems in real time and responsibility for the smooth operation of trans.
Employee Requirements:
- Experience of working in a transport company. Experience of working with lorries is an advantage;
- Good knowledge of Russian language (oral and written), knowledge of other languages is an advantage;
