Alter Domus is currently seeking a Systems Administrator to join our Yardi team at our Vilnius office.

You will:

• Build & Prototype
• Assemble off-the-shelf LLMs (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, Meta LLaMA APIs) into chatbots, document agents and virtual assistants.
• Rapidly prototype in low-code/visual studios (Firebase Studio, V0, Lovable) and with agentic frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, MCP/A2A).
• Automate & Integrate
• Wire up IntelliDocs and productivity agents using RPA tools (UiPath, Power Automate, Q Developer).
• Connect your assistants to real systems via APIs, webhooks and microservices.
• Code with AI Helpers
• Leverage GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, Cline and Q Developer to accelerate script, API and workflow development.
• Write unit/integration tests and help maintain our CI/CD pipelines.
• Drive Our Flagship Projects
• domusAI: Enhance our in-house “ChatGPT” assistant that helps employees draft content, answer questions and automate routine tasks.
• domusDocs: Evolve our document-automation engine using in-house APIs to classify, extract and process business documents.
• Knowledge Based Agents: Expand smart helpers pre-loaded with application knowledge to troubleshoot user issues and reduce support tickets.
• Multi-Agentic Framework: Design and orchestrate ecosystems where specialized AI agents collaborate on complex workflows.
• Test, Support & Iterate
• Define robust test plans, tune prompts for accuracy and monitor performance.
• Troubleshoot issues, gather stakeholder feedback and iterate quickly.
• Collaborate & Share
• Join weekly innovation jams, “lunch-and-learn” sessions and hackathons.
• Present demos and best practices to SMEs and leadership.
• Mentor interns and peers to foster an AI-curious culture.

Your profile:

• Experience (1+ years):
• Built production solutions using hosted LLM services (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini) or major open-source models.
• Configured and integrated LLMs into business processes; custom training is a plus but not required.
• Worked with RPA platforms (UiPath, Power Automate) and low-code studios (Firebase Studio, V0, Lovable).
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency with AI-powered code assistants (Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, Cline, Q Developer).
• Solid cloud/DevOps know-how (Azure/AWS/GCP deployments, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD, Git).
• Familiarity with agentic frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, MCP/A2A) or willingness to learn.
• Mindset & Soft Skills:
• Curious self-starter who solves problems by researching, experimenting and leveraging community resources.
• Clear communicator in English—able to simplify complex AI concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborative team player who documents work, shares learnings and thrives in agile environments.
• Growth Orientation:
• Passion for exploring new AI tools, techniques and workflows—on the job and in personal projects.
• Desire to mentor others and help build our Center of Excellence.

MONTHLY SALARY: Salary for this role ranges from 2,670 to 4,500 gross per month depending on overall skills and experience brought to the role.
