Senior Android Developer (Lithuania)

Our client is a fast-growing Web3 company that is reshaping personal finance by integrating traditional banking with decentralized technologies and AI. The team includes experienced fintech founders, blockchain engineers, and product designers. The product is at the intersection of financial empowerment and emerging technologies, aiming to bring intuitive financial tools to a wide audience through mobile-first experiences. We are looking for a specialist based in Lithuania to join our team.

We’re building a mobile application that acts as an intelligent financial assistant. The app enables users to register and log in, connect both traditional bank accounts (via SDK integration) and crypto wallets, and interact with an AI-powered engine that provides personalized financial advice. A unique aspect of the app is an animated AI avatar that delivers voice-based recommendations and prompts.

This is an ambitious greenfield project where design, UX, and technical excellence matter. You’ll be working alongside a cross-functional team that includes mobile developers, backend engineers, blockchain experts, and AI specialists.

We are seeking a Senior Android Developer to join a cross-functional team building a next-generation finance app. The ideal candidate has experience delivering high-quality mobile applications with modern architecture, deep knowledge of the Android platform, and a strong interest in emerging technologies. You will play a key role in shaping the product, contributing to architectural decisions, integrating various SDKs and APIs, and ensuring a smooth, performant user experience. Kotlin, Android Jetpack, Coroutines

Voice APIs, Avatar rendering (e.g., Lottie or similar)

Git, CI/CD pipelines

• Drive the architecture, development, and deployment of a high-quality Android application
• Integrate banking SDKs, crypto wallet connectors, and AI APIs into the mobile app
• Collaborate closely with designers, backend engineers, and product managers
• Build UI components that support animations and voice-driven interaction with avatars
• Ensure app performance, reliability, and responsiveness on a wide range of Android devices
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and agile ceremonies
• Maintain clear documentation and write testable, maintainable code

• 4+ years of professional experience in Android development
• Proficiency in Kotlin and modern Android architecture (Jetpack, MVVM, etc.)
• Experience in fintech
• Experience working with REST APIs and SDK integrations
• Strong knowledge of multithreading, memory management, and performance tuning
• Solid understanding of Material Design and UI/UX principles
• Experience with animations and audio/voice playback in Android apps is desirable

• Experience integrating AI or ML-driven features in mobile apps
• Knowledge of security practices related to finance or blockchain apps
• Familiarity with voice assistants or avatar-based interaction
