Head of Outsourced Maintenance

Avion Express is a narrow-body ACMI (Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance, Insurance) and charter operator. Avion Express provides top-level short and long-term aircraft wet-leasing (ACMI) solutions and also offers its clients aircraft on a charter basis. The company operates an Airbus A320 family aircraft fleet.

Avion Express is looking for ambitious professionals to support the company's matters and further development of the company. The position is based in Vilnius, Lithuania.

ARE YOU READY TO?

• Search, analyze, negotiate and select line maintenance services providers;
• Prepare and develop line maintenance agreements, control validity, monitor performance;
• Constantly develop and control Line Maintenance performance KPI’s;
• Budgeting and invoicing control of Outsourced Line Maintenance;
• Arrange recurrent meetings with contracted Line Maintenance providers;
• Support and control line maintenance in outstations arrangements;
• Arrange AOG support services as necessary;
• Fleet inspections performance in case of need;
• Participate in quality audits and in occurrences investigation if needed.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

• Extensive experience (minimum 5 years) in airlines and/or MROs related to line maintenance services purchasing and/or sales;
• Other experience in Line Maintenance activities;
• Strong project leading and communication skills;
• Multitasking;
• Ability to work autonomously, proactively, under stress;
• Ability to travel;
• Fluent spoken and written English skills;
• Knowledge of Part M/CAMO and Part 145 processes;
• Knowledge of relevant type of aircraft (gained through training at least at a level equivalent to Part-66 Appendix III Level 1 General Familiarization).
