We are looking for a specialist based in Lithuania to join our team.

We are seeking a skilled Solutions Architect to lead the design and oversee the implementation and integration of an enterprise personalization and segmentation platform that will support our applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, marketing, content, design, and analysts to create a platform that can deliver highly personalized experiences for our customers. You will be responsible for selecting the right technologies, designing the platform architecture, ensuring scalability, security, performance, and aligning technical solutions with our business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personalization technologies, software architecture, user data management and integration, and cloud technologies, with a focus on delivering scalable and efficient solutions. You will be responsible for creating the architecture of a solution that leverages user data to deliver personalized content, recommendations, and experiences across multiple digital channels.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for the enterprise personalization and segmentation platform
• Define and document technical, non-functional, performance, and data requirements that fit the current and future needs of the business
• Develop comprehensive architectural solutions that align with business goals and technological strategies
• Define and document the end-to-end solution architecture, including system integration points, data flow, content delivery mechanisms, and personalization algorithms
• Ensure the architecture and solution supports multichannel and multi-applications and is scalable for future business needs
• Work with Stakeholders to choose appropriate technologies and tools to support the application’s needs
• Provide expertise on personalization tools and frameworks to evaluate and select the appropriate solutions to support the customer data, recommendation engines, A/B testing frameworks, and analytics
• Align with other architects to ensure alignment on technology decisions within client's technology stack
• Design data management strategies to handle user data, interaction data, and item data securely and efficiently
• Design and implement data models to support real-time and batch processing of customer data
• Define data privacy and compliance standards for handling of customer data to ensure that the solution is fully secure and compliant
• Implement a business logic architecture to enhance scalability and flexibility
• Design and implement a business logic layer that supports multichannel and multi-application usage
• Oversee the integration of various components and ensure smooth deployment in a cloud environment
• Ensure the seamless integration with existing systems, data warehouses, marketing tools, and other platforms
• Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Provide personalization expertise and knowledge sharing with business, teams, and throughout the business

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or similar role, with a focus on personalized and targeted applications
• Proven experience with the evaluation, selection, and successful implementation of a personalization platform
• Proficiency in cloud platforms, data management, microservices architecture, and relevant programming languages
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, or Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect are a plus.
• Experience with machine learning models and tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Acquia Convert by VWO, Amazon Personalize or Adobe Experience Platform
• Familiarity with event-driven architecture and technologies

• Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, or Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect
• Familiarity with Drupal on Acquia
