About the Position:

We are looking for a Market Research Project Manager who will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing market research projects from start to finish.

This role involves close collaboration with clients, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget, and effective teamwork with our Sales and Data Analysis departments.

• Plan, organize, and oversee market research projects, primarily using quantitative methods
• Program (script) surveys based on client-provided questionnaires
• Test and validate surveys in line with internal processes and project requirements
• Manage data collection and analysis processes using online panels or other sources
• Clean and analyze data following internal standards and procedures
• Prepare standard and custom reports tailored to client needs and preferred formats
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver actionable insights
• Coordinate team tasks and ensure quality throughout all stages of project delivery

• A university degree in Sociology is an advantage
• Experience in managing market research projects is a strong advantage
• Solid understanding of the quantitative research process – from survey scripting and sampling to report creation and cost control – is highly valued
• Familiarity with various market research methods, tools, and techniques is a plus
• Excellent Excel skills (especially working with functions); knowledge of SPSS is an advantage
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in both English and Lithuanian (written and spoken)
• JavaScript knowledge is a plus
• Enthusiasm, a proactive attitude, eagerness to learn and grow, and a willingness to gain new skills and knowledge

• €1,100 gross per month, with the final salary depending on your experience and qualifications in market research
