• Contributing to the development and expansion of tax-related services within the company.
• Designing and implementing tax compliance and transfer pricing procedures in practice.
• Managing a portfolio of international clients, ensuring their tax compliance and transfer pricing needs are met.
• Consulting clients on tax compliance and transfer pricing matters at a European level.
• Conducting economic calculations, benchmarking studies, and transaction analyses across various industries.
• Evaluating and analyzing global tax regulations, ensuring compliance with local and international requirements.
• Advising companies on profit adjustments, contract modifications, and financial structuring to align with tax policies.
• Leading and collaborating with a team of professionals, driving results and continuous improvement.
• Training and mentoring junior colleagues, overseeing their performance, and fostering professional growth.
• Building and maintaining long-term client relationships, ensuring trust, efficiency, and continuous improvement in service delivery.

• Bachelor’s degree in taxation, law, business, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
• 3-5 years of experience in transfer pricing.
• Excellent English skills (both verbal and written).
• Strong ability to consult and train team members on tax-related matters.
• Analytical mindset, problem-solving attitude, and leadership skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills and proficiency in tax-related software.
• Exceptional planning, time management, and organizational skills.
• Strong client management skills with the ability to build strong interpersonal relationships.
• Resilience to stressful situations and a desire to work in a dynamic, constantly changing environment.

2800 - 4000 EUR gross (on a B2B contract), inclusive of all taxes except VAT, based on your skills and experience, but we are flexible to negotiate
