We are looking for a specialist based in Lithuania to join our team.

We are seeking a talented Data Engineer to join our team. This role will play a critical part in building, maintaining, and optimizing the data infrastructure that powers our innovative marketing solutions. You will work closely with our data science, engineering, and analytics teams to ensure seamless data integration, pipeline efficiency, and scalability.

• Design, implement, and maintain data pipelines, following best practices
• Develop and maintain dbt models, ensuring proper testing, documentation, and version control
• Optimize data warehouse performance through efficient SQL query writing and Snowflake resource management
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Implement data quality checks and monitoring systems to ensure data accuracy and reliability
• Design and implement serverless data processing workflows using AWS services
• Troubleshoot data issues and implement solutions to prevent recurring problems

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses
• Experience with dbt (data build tool) and data modeling best practices
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain AWS services, preferably Lambda and SQS
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
• Python programming skills for data manipulation and automation
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking

• Experience in the higher education or marketing industry
• Familiarity with machine learning or predictive analytics tools
• Certifications in AWS or Snowflake
