People Data Analyst

We are looking for a People Data Analyst to support our organization's daily needs by compiling, structuring, and analyzing people data. The insights and conclusions you develop will help answer critical business questions and streamline HR processes across the organization.


Adforms People Operations Team is a key part of our HR team and takes responsibility for daily operational tasks, HR systems, and Analytics as well as projects to continuously improve our efficiency and operations quality. We take pride in automating through dashboards, digitalization of workstreams and smart processes. We are a team of 5 sharing the workload across the globe, and we always support and care for each other. On a daily basis, we collaborate with our colleagues in HR, Payroll, Legal, Leaders, and employees in our truly global organization.

  • Analyze People Data: Manage and analyze people-related data based on key company metrics to identify trends 
  • Provide Insights: Use your analytical skills to retrieve relevant data and develop insights that guide HR actions.
  • Deliver Organization-wide Insights: Compile and present data-driven conclusions from the outcome of processes such as People Reviews, Compensation Reviews, Pulse Surveys, and more.
  • Data Visualization & Reporting: Build engaging dashboards and reports in Tableau (in collaboration with the BI team) to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Ensure Data Integrity: Investigate and implement solutions for accurate data reporting and automation of people data, ensuring data quality and reliability.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HRBPs, leaders, and management to understand their needs and deliver customized data analyses and reporting solutions.
  • Project Support: Provide expertise and assistance on various HR projects that require in-depth people data insights.
  • Ad hoc Reporting: Respond to urgent data needs by creating detailed and accurate reports as required

  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in an HR analyst role, with a broad and in-depth understanding of the full HR lifecycle.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including advanced use of Excel, Tableau, and global HR systems. 
  • Analytical Expertise: Proven ability to extract meaningful insights from complex data sets, with a focus on predictive analytics and trend forecasting.
  • Detail-Oriented: A data- and detail-driven mindset, ensuring precision and accuracy in your work.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written English fluency, with the ability to clearly present insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: A team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

•    Education: A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
