Strategic Staffing Solutions’s International client is a frontrunner in sustainable technologies, end-to-end solutions and services for the minerals processing, aggregates, metals refining and recycling industries globally. They offer technologies and services that reduce the consumption of energy and water by increasing process efficiency, recycling, and reprocessing of tailings and waste.

We are seeking a Key User, Tax Application to join our team in Vilnius. As part of our global ERP rollout based on SAP S4/HANA, you will work closely with IT specialists, ERP program teams, Group Tax, business units, and local tax experts worldwide, as well as collaborate with various teams in our Global Business Services (GBS) center in Vilnius.

• Assist in designing and implementing Metso’s tax solutions to meet both global and local compliance requirements.
• Manage and maintain tax condition parameters.
• Test and update tax determination settings across relevant systems.
• Analyze and understand complex supply chain processes from a tax determination perspective, ensuring systems align with legal tax regulations.
• Provide technical VAT guidance to Metso legal entities in response to evolving business processes, tax technologies, or regulatory changes.
• Develop tax testing strategies, including testing scenarios and test cases.
• Conduct testing based on established procedures and standards.
• Review and interpret testing results in collaboration with project teams, deployment leads, and local tax experts.

• Minimum 3 years of experience working with SAP ECC or S4 HANA / FICO.
• Background in accounting, finance, or tax principles.
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or IT.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in an international environment, with the ability to work independently and in a structured manner.
• Fluent English skills, both spoken and written.
