What you'll be doing
You will be responsible for handling employee expenses in cloud-based expense management system (Acubiz), work with a dedicated team and support the business in achieving strategic company objectives. It is an exciting role to be part of a huge international group of companies with many internal and external stakeholders with great responsibility and opportunities to grow.
How you'll spend your day
- Will be responsible for reviewing and approving expenses in cloud-based expense management system (Acubiz).
- Making sure that all expenses comply with group policies.
- Assigning correct account and other information for expenses in the expense management system.
- Communicating with finance team, group employees.
- Assisting with internal queries and external audits.
- Ad-hoc tasks.
You'll be successful if you have
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics/Mathematics/Business administration/Finance or similar (can be a student).
- At least 1-1,5 years of experience with bookkeeping.
- Good communication skills - fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and its principles.
- Analytical and critical thinking skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to details, ability to identify discrepancies.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Independent thinking.

Salary
1800 - 2300 EUR/month gross (before tax) based on your competencies, skills, and experience.
