The Associate Order Management Specialist will assist in processing orders in Salesforce. The incumbent will also assist in maintaining renewal records in Salesforce with accurate pricing, customer and product information. They will partner with an Order Management Specialist (OMS), help maintain renewal quote data, and follow through with the OMS on outstanding renewals
Process new orders (85%)
Process and fulfill the order (including proper license key delivery)
Update Salesforce to make any needed adjustments/corrections for order accuracy
Review Salesforce opportunities for approved quotes from Sales
Ensure invoices are properly generated and delivered
Customer Support (15%)
Assist internal and external customers in resolving order-related issues that may required redirection via emails or phone calls. Escalate to the Order Management Specialist for resolutions as needed.
Help monitor dashboards and reports for undelivered invoices and draft quotes needing approval and bring them to the Order Management Specialist’s attention.
Required Qualifications:
0-2 years of work experience in Order Management
General knowledge and basic experience with computers and business office software (email, Windows).
Professional demeanor
Good written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented
Preferred Qualifications:
Professional working proficiency in German, Italian, or French strongly preferred
Professional office experience/exposure
