Nasdaq Clearing is now looking for a Senior Securities Operations Analyst to join the dynamic, technology-driven, and highly productive team in Vilnius. In this position, you will contribute to multi-asset derivatives operations and play a prominent role in supporting Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish and Danish financial markets and their participants. What you will do

  • Lead different aspects of day-to-day middle-office and post trade operations
  • Apply expertise and knowledge to anticipate customer needs and proactively address customer requests and/or concerns - educate customers
  • Test and implement new business initiatives, products, programs, processes, etc. (e.g., process simplification and automation) that are aligned with the organizational strategy


What we expect

  • Have degree in Business/Finance or related subject area, or equivalent work experience
  • Demonstrate client engagement skills, including the ability to build and manage client relationships
  • Ability to take ownership and work independently, as well as close together with team members, in a service-minded manner
  • Strong ownership sense and accountability
  • Strong analytical skills with sharp attention to detail


What would be helpful

  • Good understanding of different types of securities and how trading and/or clearing and settlement is conducted (expertise within a set focus area)
  • Knowledge of SWIFT messages (MT, MX)
  • Knowledge of Securities and/or Cash settlements
  • Power Automate, Visual Studio and/or VBA programming knowledge

This role is based in Vilnius but may involve international travel to our other offices and clients. The company allows the flexibility to work half a week on-site and remotely (Hybrid model).
