Nasdaq is looking for an Associate General Counsel to join our European Legal and Regulatory Team. In this role you will work with a wide spectrum of legal and regulatory matters affecting Nasdaq´s regulated business in Europe, with a focus on cloud and outsourcing. In addition, the role will work generally to support Nasdaq´s regulated business with a focus on the Nordic and Baltic region. You need a solid background and experience in laws, regulations and guidelines in the outsourcing related areas, an interest in the securities market or market infrastructure, and an understanding of cross-border legal matters to guide internal clients and management with your professional expertise. This is a full-time permanent position located in Vilnius. Nasdaq offers a hybrid workplace to find a balance between working from home and collaborating in the office, therefore it's required to come into the office at least 2 days per week.

Monthly base salary: 4400-4800 EUR gross. The final offer will be based on your experience and skills.
