We are actively seeking an experienced Back-End Team Lead with proficiency in Node.js.

We are looking for a specialist based in Lithuania to join our team.

• Lead the design and development of complex software systems, dedicating approximately 50% of your time to hands-on coding
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
• Develop and design effective APIs
• Mentor and guide other engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
• Stay current with industry trends and technologies to continually enhance the team's technical capabilities

• Strong technical experience leading the design and development of complex software systems
• Knowledge of back-end languages (Node.js, NestJS, Express) and their libraries
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and GraphQL
• Familiarity with database technologies such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB
• Experience with ORM systems like TypeORM and Mongoose, writing complex requests into DB with different relations between entities
• Experience with writing unit tests, end-to-end tests, and integration tests
• Familiarity with Sales Force Marketing Cloud
• Experience with message brokers, Kafka will be a plus
• Knowledge of security best practices in software development
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes
• Experience with microservices architecture and containerization technologies
• Experience with event-driven architectures
• Proficiency with Git, Confluence, Jira
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
• Experience working in a fast-paced, iterative development environment
