Financial Reporting Team Lead

What you'll be doing

If you have a strong financial background, good analytical skills, are well-versed in finance and can consider yourself an innovative & driven professional - we are looking for you. In this role, you'll manage & work with a team of specialists who are developing an enterprise intelligence platform by gathering and providing financial data. 

How you'll spend your day

Finance Data Operations


  • Research and complete topical analyses on companies and sectors, e.g. financial and operational metrics analysis on selected sector groups
  • Gather and review financial data, as well as monitor and improve data quality throughout the platform


Project Management


  • Assign tasks and set deadlines, as well as track and report project progress
  • Ensure that projects are completed on time, and prepare and submit change requests to other stakeholders as needed
  • Collaborate with our key partners on behalf of the team



People Management


  • Monitor each team member's progress and provide timely feedback to them while identifying gaps in overall team performance
  • Maintain effective collaboration of the whole team by inspiring toward common goals
  • Create a “can-do” climate and motivate the team


You'll be successful if you have

  • Thorough understanding of financial data - financial statements and financial indicators 
  • Experience in a finance-related position, in team and task management
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Ability to work independently, with little supervision and tight deadlines
  • Strong computer skills
  • Resilience to monotonous tasks

Salary

3600-4200 EUR/month gross (before tax) based on your competencies, skills, and experience, but we are open to negotiations.
