Key responsibilities:

• Providing 2nd and 3rd level support​
• PROD Incident analysis and solution​
• PROD Service Request handling​
• Monitoring and tracking PROD Incidents​
• Reporting and tracking PROD defects in Jira​
• Supporting Scrum Teams with development
• PROD certificate and key maintenance​
• PREPROD environment management & support​
• PREPROD environment refresh and data management​
• Platform upgrade planning​ and execution
• Cooperation with DevOps and Development teams​
• Backup and restore administration​
• Integration and platform monitoring
• Proposing and implementing improvement ideas

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with Salesforce administration or implementation (Sales, Service, Billing or Experience cloud) is required.
• Salesforce Administrator certificate will be considered an advantage.
• Proficient oral and written communication skills in English.

Desired Qualifications:

• Knowledge in SQL, PL/SQL, Java, C++ will be considered an advantage.
• Knowledge on XML, SOAP and REST APIs.
• Good understanding of Vlocity and OmniStudio.
• Good understanding production support process.
