Data Engineering Lead

We are looking for an experienced Data Lead, who will join as a team manager of our data squad in AI Labs team. In this role we expect you to provide technical leadership and guidance, to ensure best practices in the data engineering and analytics field. 


Join the CyberCare AI Labs team – we create unique AI-powered solutions like chatbots and ticket bots, as well as multilingual support systems from scratch. Your input could make a big difference, shaping how we solve problems for millions of people around the world.

What You Will Do

  • Lead Data & Analytics team, by overseeing their professional and personal development.
  • Own the CyberCare data strategy, setting objectives and implementation.
  • Provide functional expertise to define data models, governance frameworks, processes, and data quality rules.
  • Plan and steer data projects from end to end, ensuring they meet business requirements and timelines.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data engineering, analytics, and data science.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in data processes and practices.


What We Expect

  • Experience in leading a data engineers/analysts team.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python.
  • Experience in Google Cloud.
  • Understanding of data architecture, DBT.
  • Strong business and technical stakeholder management skills.
