Business Unit

Nasdaq's Global Technology (GT) team is committed to creating and supporting solutions that power more than 115 of the worlds market infrastructure organizations and market participants, including US markets, broker-dealers, exchanges, clearinghouses, central securities depositories and regulators, in over 50 countries with end-to-end, mission-critical technology solutions. These solutions entail managing and mitigating risk, enhancing integrity, and protecting reputations with trade surveillance, behavioral analytics and risk management. Your role and responsibilities

• Utilize cutting-edge technologies to build Generative AI applications
• Collect, preprocess, and curate large datasets essential for training high-quality generative AI models.
•  Implement data augmentation and synthesis strategies to improve model robustness.
• Gather user feedback and iterate on the design to enhance usability and satisfaction
• Enforce best practices and high code standard via peer code reviews
• Help others to solve complex problems; uses sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgment and identify innovative solutions
• Navigate geographically disperse teams
• Ability to communicate complex concepts

You will need the following skills and experience

• Education: Degree qualified in a field related to Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics or equivalent work experience. 
• Experience Required: At least 2 years of Development work or relevant Advanced Academic Degree
• Python
• Java or C#
• Data structures
• Relational and Non-Relational Databases, SQL, Unstructured Data
• AWS, Cloud Technologies
• Operating Systems Linux/Unix, Windows
• Familiarity with Software Development Methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Lean)
• Understanding of Generative AI Concepts, including LLMS
• GIT

And it would be great if you have experience with

• C, C++
• Prompt Engineering
• Terraform
• Serverless Architecture
• Visual Studio Code

What happens now?

This is a full-time permanent position located in Vilnius. Nasdaq offers a hybrid workplace to find a balance between working from home and collaborating in the office, therefore it's required to come into the office at least 2 days per week.

Monthly base salary 3020 - 3540 EUR gross. The final offer will be based on your experience and skills.
