We are searching for an experienced and business-oriented Senior Tax Manager to take part in the development of a new Tax Compliance service line for the European region. In this role, you will be building a brand-new platform, implementing innovative processes and encouraging new business by operating as the main point of contact for international clients. • Participating in the development of the new service line within the company.
• Developing Tax Compliance procedures and applying them in practice.
• Onboarding and managing a portfolio of international clients.
• Consulting clients in Tax Compliance on a European level.
• Cultivating long-term relationships with clients, by building trust, seeking feedback and creating more efficient ways of working.
• Working with a team of professionals, leading them towards results and growth.
• Evaluating employee performance and development needs, providing feedback.
• Reporting to the head of the department, board and shareholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in taxation, law, business, or a related field. Master's degree would be considered an advantage.
• 5 or more years of work experience as a Tax Manager.
• Excellent English skills, verbal and written.
• Knowledge in international tax field and both direct/non-direct taxation with emphasis on VAT, transfer pricing.
• Ability to consult and train team members on tax-related matters.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset, leadership and mentoring skills.
• Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent planning, time-management and organization skills.
• Advanced client management skills, ability to build strong interpersonal relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

4000 - 4800 EUR/month gross (before tax), negotiable based on skills, experience and competencies.
