Job description

Fund Secondaries Operations Associate

Nasdaq Private Fund Solutions is looking for an engaging Fund Operations Associate to join our growing private funds team. This role will be primarily responsible for the setup and support of liquidity events for funds within the private equity ecosystem, along with the day-to-day management of client relationships.

What will you be doing?

  • Provide operational support for fund secondary transactions, including event setup, transaction support and wire settlement; identify areas of improvement within process in an organized and productive manner
  • Responsible for providing outstanding client service for Nasdaq Private Fund Solutions clients; taking primary responsibility for driving client satisfaction with service delivery
  • Ensure smooth delivery during liquidity events by maintaining an open line of communication with clients, service providers and other stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Technology, Legal, Sales, Product, etc.
  • Coordinate with the product team and organizational entities to identify and supervise issues, risks, impacts and dependencies
  • Coordinate production support activities and participate in troubleshooting implementation issues
  • Nurture client insights to help improve the product offering; proactively communicate reoccurring customer service issues
  • Track and resolve inquiries in a timely manner, including follow-up to ensure final resolution is as expected


Who are we looking for?

  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Ability to clearly communicate with clients and be proactive in identifying and responding to their needs
  • Capable of organizing and coordinating large groups of stakeholders to complete projects
  • Ability to adapt quickly and handle stress in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to analyze processes and workflows to pinpoint inefficiencies and collaborate with team members on updating and improving them
  • Advanced skills in Windows, Word, PowerPoint and Excel, and an ability to adapt fast to new systems
  • Flexibility to travel as vital

This is a full-time permanent position on-site in Vilnius and will also require occasional travel for meetings and training. We advocate flexible ways of working and have a hybrid remote/in-office setting with a minimum 2 days per week in the office.


As this role is expected to closely collaborate with colleagues in the US, the working days Monday-Thursday will be starting at around 10-11 AM Lithuanian time to accommodate such partnership.

Monthly salary: from 2000 EUR to 2200 EUR (before taxes).The final salary will depend on candidate knowledge and experience, other bonuses apply.
