Job description
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Communicate effectively with clients in the Benelux region, representing Sigli in client meetings and events.
- Provide regular reports and updates on project progress to clients.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication of client requirements.
- Conduct regular client meetings to gather feedback, address issues, and explore new opportunities.
- Monitor client satisfaction levels and proactively address any concerns or challenges.
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Fluent in Dutch (essential).
- English fluency is also required.
- Previous experience in account management and/or client-facing roles (nice to have).
- Experience in project management (nice to have).
- Familiarity with the IT industry (nice to have).
- You reside and work in Lithuania.
