This role will support the full life cycle of Cold Chain Packaging products in World Courier, from new product selection and development through onboarding, vendor management, life cycle management and continuous support and improvement.  Product management at World Courier sits at the interface of Marketing, Sales, Pricing, Operations, Customer Service,  Quality, and Strategy. You will thrive in this role if you like bringing structure to ambiguity, managing multiple stakeholders, and working on various initiatives in parallel. You‘re someone who can balance operational and commercial considerations, and has an interest in growing into a more senior role in product management, project management, or strategic product marketing. You are comfortable working with data and mastering new applications and technologies independently.  Pharmaceutical industry exposure is a plus.

• Support packaging portfolio management by providing better tools and interfaces for internal audiences
• Support Product Management, Marketing, and the World Courier network with the creation of materials for external use
• Collaborate with vendors and internal experts to ensure product specifications are accurate and consistent
• Own small to medium size tactical packaging projects
• Take on full product ownership for a specific packaging product or products
• Provide support to the World Courier network on a range of packaging-related questions

• Educated to at least bachelor’s degree level
• Analytical and numerate, with experience of using data to gain commercial or operational insight
• You may be coming from an operations, engineering, project analyst, business analyst, or quality analyst background, and want to move towards a more commercial role or to gain project team lead experience
• You can demonstrate experience of having led and delivered projects with small teams
• An understanding of logistics, pharma, or another highly-regulated industry would be great
• Experience working with distributed teams in complex organizations is an asset
• Able to communicate effectively in English orally and in writing
• Can grasp technical detail quickly and present them to different audiences
• Can work with limited guidance to set up and manage projects effectively
• Is highly systems-literate, and can recognize the problem-solving potential of tools and technology
• Is comfortable interacting with people in a wide range of functions and seniority levels
• Can balance working at a detailed level to seeing the big picture across different products and projects
